4/5 Stars This harness is in great condition. Spreader bar in good condition with minor indents in foam on top. Minor wear on hook and very minor scratches on plastic. Minor wear on spreader bar adjustment tabs. Ratchet system in good condition. Velcro in good condition. Back padding in good condition with minor scuffs on bolsters. Foam in good condition. Back plate in good condition with very minor scuffs. Side elastic in good condition. Leash rope in good condition.
